10.0The apartment was wonderful, clean annd comfortable, and we especially enjoyed the private garden. It was nice being in a quieter, more secluded area in the evenings. The host, Monica, was easy to contact and very helpful throughout our stay in providing answers to questions about restaurants, directions, and local amenities. I would definitely book here again the next time we return.

10.0Fully equipped apartment, perfectly clean , with private garden facing Venice lagoon! Late checkout offered and gladly used to stay a few hours longer. Very quiet location.

9.0This apartment has all that is necessary for a very comfortable stay and Monica is an excellent host. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the garden, being close to the water, and the unhurried pace of Giudecca.

Lovely stay in quiet Giudecca
9.0Great location: calm and peaceful, with a great view of the lagoon towards Lido from 10m out the lovely small garden, while in a 5min walk you're at Palanca vaporetto station & have the whole city closeby. Also a fully equipped, modern kitchen, and a very nice apartment overall, with great eye for detail! Very friendly hosts as well!
− I visited end of August and there were quite some mosquitoes so sitting in the garden was only possible using anti- mosquito vape. Probably better in a different season.
