6.0− I booked this hotel for my mother and my brother, and overall, they had very positive feedback about their stay. However, on the day of their departure, they asked the receptionist if it would be possible to have breakfast at 8:00 a.m. instead of 9:00 a.m., so that they could catch their taxi to the airport. Although they had mentioned this several times the day before their departure, the receptionist refused to serve them breakfast. I find this very unusual and disappointing for such a nice hotel, especially as they had informed the hotel of their request in advance. I would really like to understand why this request was refused in such a rude manner. I travel frequently around the world, and I have never experienced such a situation before.

8.0Hôtel très bien placé, dans une quartier très vivant. L'accueil a été des plus chaleureux, réceptionnistes de bons conseils, serviables et arrangeants, je les remercie. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et le balcon, agréable.
− La décoration de la chambre pourrait être rafraîchie.
