Appartement spacieux et charmant, idéalement situé au calme avec une superbe vue.
8.0Vue magnifique et cadre exceptionnel. L’emplacement est pratique, avec un arrêt de bateau juste devant, ce qui facilite les déplacements. Le quartier est calme, idéal pour éviter l’agitation des zones touristiques. On trouve d’excellents restaurants ainsi qu’un supermarché à proximité immédiate. L’appartement est spacieux, bien équipé, et son ameublement ancien lui confère beaucoup de charme.

10.0Es un piso antiguo pero muy cómodo, grande, con excelente ubicación. Tiene una cocina con todo lo necesario. Hay supermercados cerca y una parada de vaporetto fuera del departamento. El barrio esta libre de turistas y sus calles son muy hermosas. La chica que nos entregó las llaves fue muy amable y atenta. Todo perfecto. La vista como se nos avisó antes estaba bloqueada por unos andamios pero desde la habitación principal se podía ver todo. Muy recomendable si vas con niños o si hay días que quieres cocinar o preparar algo por ti mismo. Muchas gracias.

− No se informó oportunamente que el depto estaba en un 3er piso sin ascensor y tampoco que la vista estaba obstruida x trabajos en la calle, faltaba limpieza (cortinas) y el baño mal oliente, faltaba equipamiento básico
