Comfortable and convenient stay. Would book again.
9.0Central location and it was easy to get to. Lovely that we were met my Jessica who took us to the apartment for check in. The apartment had lots of space for our family of 6. Great that towels were provided. The storeroom for luggage on our last day was appreciated.
− Some mildew on the grout in the tiles in the bathroom. It just made the place seem a little bit dirtier than it was but overall the apartment was clean.

10.0El departamento es muy cómodo, está muy bien ubicado, en todo momento estuvieron atentos a nosotros, desde la llegada, hasta la salida, nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje después del check out, lo cual nos permitió disfrutar un poco mas de la ciudad, es un muy buen lugar para hospedarse en Venecia.

− Qualité du canapé lit très médiocre. Wifi ne fonctionnait mais qui a été réparé le lendemain de notre séjour.
Very spacious Apartment, clean and great location !
9.0Location was excellent. Short distance from St Mark’s Square . The location is on a quieter square, where there is less crowd, good restaurants and every morning, a fresh fruits and vegetables stall . Apartment had all utensils, cooking vessels, and even a bottle of sparkling wine provided.
− The AC took very long to cool the house down. Around a full day. The second bedroom has no ac in f its own. So we needed to wait a day until our kids bedroom cooled down to a comfortable temperature. To be fair, these were very hot summer days in the end of June.

9.0Tanto Maurizzio como Jessica, que nos entregó las llaves y acompañó al apartamento fueron muy amables y el contacto con ellos muy fácil y fluido. El apartamento está situado en un lugar privilegiado, cerca de todo, a 10 minutos andando de la Plaza de San Marcos, del Puente Rialto, de paradas de Vaporetos y Alilaguna( para ir y volver del aeropuerto). Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Todo genial!
