7.0Struttura collocata in una zona centralissima e strategica, metro Lancaster a due passi comoda per le destinazioni turistiche e meno turistiche. Presente phon per capelli con ottima potenza, asse e ferro da stiro. La possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in e sia dopo il check out.
− Un odore forte e strano nella stanza forse dovuto a qualche prodotto spruzzato giornalmente. Pulizia 6 e mezzo su 10 considerando gli standard inglesi , trovato qualche capello negli asciugamani puliti cambiati giornalmente e le lenzuola macchiate.

− Det var veldig varmt. Vi var der på sommeren og det var ganske varmt ute, men også inne. Det var en vifte på rommet, men den var så dårlig at vi valgte å kjøpe en selv.

7.0Great location. Customer service is good. They also provide luggage storage, although it’s just at the hallway. We had issue with the first room and contacted customer service that night. We were given a new room the next day.
− We booked an executive room. When we arrived, we were given a room at the 4th (top) floor. Struggled to carry out suitcases up the stairs as there were no lift. The room was horrible. Small. Especially the bathroom. The shower was leaking and water was flooding the toilet area. Very small shower area and the water pressure was extremely low. We only realised this late at night after the reception was closed. We contacted the customer service and was given the correct size and proper room at the ground floor. That room was good. Bed’s too soft and not comfy and very thin walls. Noisy area at night.
