Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, verlässlicher Check-in und Check-out. Grundausstattung vorhanden, WLAN für jedes Zimmer, großer Kleiderschrank wenn man länger dort bleibt

− Zimmer sehr warm, das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss lässt sich nicht abkühlen, die Bäder ebenfalls völlig überhitzt, das ist bei Reisen im Sommer unbedingt zu bedenken. Umgebung sehr laut, auch in der Nacht

Good Location. Comfortable bed.

− Cleaners did not clean the fridge so someone's leaking juice and trash was there when I arrived! It was leaking all over the floor beside the fridge too! Very very bad first impression. Shower is awful. It's one of those rainfall once which I hate but the worst thing was it sprayed in odd directions so it absolutely drenched the floor! There was another shower hose that I prefer to use but annoyingly it didn't have a hanger to mount it so I had to hold it as I washed myself. Lastly. It is so stuffy! I would not suggest staying here during the hot weather. Even with the fan on and the windows open The attic room was absolutely boiling and so hard to even breathe or get comfortable. Ive stayed in shacks where I was more comfortable I expected better from this place. But nope. Have to say I never complain about hotels and I'm generally not fussy but this place was awful. Avoid!

Actual apartment was lovely, very clean and good location for us.

− Confusing checkin process. When we arrived it was all key codes to enter the property but when we arrived (albeit slightly early (2pm), but this had been arranged) we hadn’t revived any info regarding what the codes were. There were several phone numbers to call - all went immediately to voice mail (left one and never got a call back). Only managed to get in because two other guests who had booked via Airbnb had check in info (a code to enter the main building) at which point a lady came out to help. She was able to assist but with difficulty as no common language (English) for us to communicate in. We did then receive checkin information after, around 3pm so will have eventually been ok to enter however we were explicitly told and arranged that we could drop bags off early which clearly was not the case upon arrival.
