− Quello che non ho apprezzato è stata la totale mancanza di una vera accoglienza. Sebbene l’host fosse molto presente da remoto, non si è mai visto di persona: tutte le istruzioni sono state fornite tramite video esplicativi e codici inviati su WhatsApp, nonostante nessuno avesse dato il consenso a essere contattato sul proprio numero personale o al di fuori della piattaforma. Anche il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno e della camera è stato richiesto tramite link esterni a Booking. Inoltre, i documenti per la registrazione degli ospiti presso la Polizia non ci sono mai stati richiesti, né di persona né telefonicamente. Infine, l’host è stato molto insistente su WhatsApp nel sollecitare il pagamento, rendendo il soggiorno piuttosto stressante. L’alloggio è piacevole, ma le modalità di gestione amministrativa e della comunicazione dovrebbero essere riviste.
