8.0Atutem jest lokalizacja. Blisko restauracje, kawiarnie, sklepy. Do plaży maksymalnie 10min.
− Dodatkowa opłata o której właściciel nie info w ofercie. Nalicza opłatę klimatyczną w wysokości 1,7 euro za noc, od osoby. Przy pobycie dłuższym niż 7 dni oferuje sprzątanie w kwocie 50 euro. Druga sypialnia to niewielkie pomieszczenie w którym mieści się piętowe łóżko i mała szafa. Dwie osoby już się nie miną w przejściu między łóżkiem a ścianą.
