3.0The location was great and so was the size and location of the unit.
− The host was awful. She was not there to meet us, and the air conditioning was off. There were no instructions on how to turn on the AC, and the front desk person also did not know how to work it. We spent the first day and a half very uncomfortable as the country was experiencing a heat wave. When Ingrid finally arrived, she got the AC working, but told me the apartment was perfect and if I didn’t like it, I could go to a hotel. In addition, she has no instructions on how to work any of the appliances, which is very unusual in these types of bookings. Our entire stay, the refrigerator door handle was broken. It was broken upon our arrival; she came to fix it, but said she was waiting for a part which evidently never came during our 8-day stay. Also one of the faucets in the bathroom is frozen, and only gives cold water. The grout in the shower had black stains. I waited to write this review because I was going to let it go. But now that she is asking for damages when nothing was damaged, I have decided to share my experience.
