9.0크고 작은 문제가 있을때마다 늘 빠르고 친절한 답변. 깨끗하고 거의 모든 것이 갖춰져 있는 곳.
− 온수가 나오지 않아 샤워를 제대로 하지 못했음. 주인이 와서 고쳐줬지만 다음날 다시 같은 문제 반복. 어차피 그 다음날 체크아웃이라 샤워포기하고 그냥 나옴. 더워서 창문을 열고 블라인드를 걷으면 앞집이 훤히 다 보이는 것이 너무 불편함. 거실과 모든 방에서 동일하게.. 블라인드의 종류를 바꿔서 프라이바시가 지켜졌으면 좋겠다

10.0Everything about the property was exactly as stated when we booked the communication with the property manager was exceptional. The key collection is from a 24 hour convenience store minutes away from the actual property and very easy to collect and return your keys on arriving to the property. The first thing we noticed is that it was exceptionally clean. We had a little problem connecting to the Wi-Fi, but this was rectified and sorted within five minutes of messaging the property manager we cooked at the property and usually find that there are not enough utensils cutlery plates or pots and pans this was not the case at this property. It was completely stocked out like a family home the property provided all bed, linen towels and accessories in the bathroom including shampoo and conditioner. We would 100% book this property in the future.

9.0Location was great close to old street station. Security was good using fobs to gain access. Host very communicative.
− The room was extremely warm but the host provided fans. We stayed in June which was hot, no complaining about the weather though.

− Es war extrem heiß in der Wohnung, aber mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen, war aufgrund des Lärms unmöglich.
