After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to complete your online check-in form. As part of this process, you will be required to provide a government-issued ID and a photo of yourself. This must be completed before we can provide access to your apartment. Check‑in details will be provided 2 days before arrival. A damage pre‑authorization of 200 (local currency) will be taken during online check‑in and released within 7 business days after check‑out, subject to unit inspection. We manage multiple units at this location, and the layout of your assigned apartment may vary from the photos shown. If bringing a pet, please be aware that each unit allows only one pet (weighing under 20 kg, at least 1 year old, and house‑trained). £300 pet cleaning fee will be collected by the property.

The concierge for the Coppermaker Square complex is in the Foundry Building, which is located at 1 Cherry Park Lane, E20 1NX. When you arrive, press the call button found on the panel to the left of the entrance doors. At the reception desk, let the team know you have an Urban Rest booking, show your ID, and collect your keys (this is also where you will return your keys upon check-out). Please note that if you’re arriving from Stratford Station, it is about a ten minute walk to the Foundry Building. Follow signs for Westfield Stratford City. The exit of Stratford station is on the Lower Ground Level, so you will need to take an escalator up to the Ground Level. On the Ground Level, walk past M&S and turn left on to Cherry Park Lane, following signs to Coppermaker Square. As you collect your keys, reception will confirm which building your apartment is in and how to find it. Use the building signage and your key fob to access the lift.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
