Ideally located for a Bishopsgate trade show, close to Spitalfield Market and much quieter than expected.

AWFUL!
1.0When I arrived at the property and entered the PIN for the lockbox, there were no keys available. I contacted the landlady, who informed me she had accidentally double-booked the flat and could do nothing to help.I had booked this flat months in advance specifically to ensure my safety and accommodation as a solo female traveler. I had even messaged earlier in the week to ask if I could do a 1pm check-in, but was told 3pm was the earliest. Being stranded outside a property on a very hot day with nowhere to go, only to be told my confirmed booking was given to someone else, is completely unacceptable.Furthermore, Booking.com was no help and only sent me suggestions for places nowhere near where I wanted to stay. Thankfully, the Leonardo Hotel had space and I was able to get a room, though I didn't finally arrive until 4:30 PM.

10.0It’s a simple studio flat, but I was really impressed by the thought that’s gone into making guests welcome, with great coffee for the cafetière, breakfast cereals and other staples in the cupboards. The best thing for me was finding sellotape in the kitchen drawer when I needed it: amazing!

9.0Fantastic location! Great communication. Just as advertised. Clean. Lots of kitchen utensils and supplies (which though appreciated weren’t used due to the extraordinary amount of great restaurants nearby).
− The bed is low to the ground but very comfortable. Music from downstairs shop starts up at 10am but turns off by 8pm or so. Didn’t affect us.

− Man hört sowohl die Musik/Soundkulisse der Ausstellung nebenan wie auch die Musik des Schuhladens direkt darunter den ganzen Tag. Auch der Hausflur ist ziemlich hellhörig.
