10.0The flat was exceptionally clean and well stocked. The location was centrally located to many walkable places of interest, the train station as well as a little convenience store right at the bottom where I picked up water and milk for our tea. It was very easy and convenient. The living room couch was already set up for us upon arrival. My girls sincerely appreciated this as they were tired and would have had to set up the bed themselves, not at all a big deal but having it made up was a very pleasant surprise. The water heater did have an issue but the team was there within moments and had the issue resolved within a few hours.
Great stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located, making it easy to explore London

10.0Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro. L'appartamento era molto pulito (anche la biancheria e i cassetti/accessori della cucina....si nota subito che l'attenzione ai dettagli e alla pulizia è quella delle case gestite da italiani). In dotazione c'era persino lo scottex, la spugna, pastiglie per lavastoviglie, prodotti per pulire, etc.... Ci siamo trovati benissimo, anche il servizio è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile (avevamo dimenticato alcune magliette e ci hanno aiutato a recuperarle subito). Veramente una location e un servizio TOP!
