The location is perfect to stay out of the really busy areas and only takes a few minutes to walk to the Rialto and other attractions. Worth the effort to have peace at night.

− The shower is a bit wonky. Be prepared to jump with the rapid change in temperature. It was a little hard to find at first. Go up the stairs and look. It is just around the corner.

Loved the location and loved the layout and space of the apartment! The apartment is in a very nice square and overlooks a canal. Air conditioning worked very well during the heatwave we have been experiencing this August! The beds were comfortable.

− The shower was small, and the hot water would come and go. However, this wasn't a big deal during our stay because the cold showers were refreshing after long and hot days exploring Venice!

Excellent location of a large spacious apartment

The location of the apartment was excellent, right on the bank of the canal. The apartment is large and spacious. In front of the building, there is a cafe and a restaurant. From this location, you can walk around Venice in all directions.

− The cleanliness of the apartment is not up to standard. It could be significantly cleaner, particularly in the bathroom and kitchen. We faced a major issue with the shower because the instant flow water heater was not functioning properly. The water was either completely cold or extremely hot, making showering a frustrating experience. Additionally, the air conditioner in the living room is very noisy and vibrates, which can be felt in the bedroom. The second air conditioner is located in the corridor and is intended to cool two rooms, but this creates a problem when the doors to those rooms are closed. With a repair of the boiler, air conditioner and a thorough cleaning, the apartment could be a perfect 10.

A fantastic place where we could make our stay as active as well as leisurely as we wanted!

It provided our family with a spacious, comfortable apartment that was easily accessible to the major sites and the ferries.
