Love this Hotel.
10.0We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. From the very beginning, the hotel impressed us with its excellent email communication before our arrival. Every question was answered promptly, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Our quad room was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for four adults. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable we've ever slept on, making it easy to get a great night's rest. The hotel also offered several amenities that really stood out for Amsterdam. Having both an elevator and air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during warmer weather. The Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable throughout our stay. We loved the location, which made it easy to explore the city. The complimentary drinks in the lobby—including alcoholic beverages—were a thoughtful touch, and we really appreciated being able to store our luggage before the scheduled check-in time. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to start the day. The only downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. The frosted glass doors for both the shower and toilet didn't provide enough privacy, which was a bit awkward when sharing the room with four adults. Overall, this was an excellent stay with outstanding service, comfortable accommodations, and thoughtful amenities. We'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

7.0Perfect Location, managed to see all of Amsterdam’s main attractions just by walking alone. Rooms were quite spacious and TV had a working a casting option for streaming services e.g Netflix. Staff were also amazing.
− Strange check in process where I had to fill all my details out on a tablet despite the receptionist standing right there. Filling details out like passport information, name, DOB. Seems like I was saving someone a job. As other reviews have mentioned, there is a strong smell in room. It appears to be coming from the toilet without any way of masking it.
