A nice hotel with a great atmosphere.
9.0The hotel was very nice. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were great and spacious with a nice sized bathroom. The amenities in the room were good. The bar below the hotel was very nice with a good varied range of beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic. The food also looked good.
− The rooms really could have done with air con as they were very hot mainly due to the heatwave we were experiencing.

10.0The young lady we who checked us in then grabbed us drinks during the football was just amazing, travelling as a mum with a 10 year old can feel tricky. But taking her to her first gig on the same night as England played was a lot. But as we couldn’t enter the pub to get drinks she went above and beyond to fetch them, chatted with my daughter and helped us take them up. That level of kindness on a hectic shift deserves a raise. She is a credit to Hanbury and was so sweet to a little girl who just met her hero even with a packed pub.

8.0Staff were really nice, hotel was clean and good facilities.
− The only downside was the heat of the property. However, we were provided two fans. Also noted this cannot be helped with the heatwave currently.
