Convenient but better elsewhere. Disappointing staff.
5.0Great room, decor was good and mostly clean. Very comfy and quiet. The location was good.
− Staff were not useful or friendly. The pool was closed for renovation which we were not notified of before arriving, staff didn't apologise or offer any compensation. Parking was dedicated to the hotel but expensive ($~24 a night).

9.0We were there for just one night, but everything was great. The location was ideal for our group because we had an early flight out the next day.

− El personal de recepción en especial una mujer que nos trató súper mal por no ser americanos y pensaba que no entendíamos sus insultos en inglés, nos ignoró y cargaron a mi tc más cobros de los del depósito , una mujer de color que está en recepción , aparte cobran todo parqueadero desayuno no asearon en 3 días la habitación y ni agua pusieron
