− The fact that I paid for a room and was told it was overbooked without any reimbursement. Basically I was robbed and booking did nothing despite my numerous messages to customer service. This place is a scam and should be investigated by the authorities

10.0Spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and great facilities in the room. Lovely leafy area in Clapham/near Brixton.
− Shared bathroom, but that's the norm in London for this type of accommodation at this price point. The check in instructions were a little confusing. I was in room 3 but the lockboxes outside a different apartment (also run by this company) have numbers 1,2, 3 and I was very confused trying to get in as those weren't the correct boxes. There are lots of other doors with lock boxes. I think the apartments could have different names outside their main front doors to make it easier.
Very happy overall, would 100% recommend to anybody.

9.0The room was lovely, clean and warm and the bed was super comfortable, there was also an air conditioner appliance in the room of it got too hot. The price of the accommodation was excellent value for money, and the communication from the owner was brilliant, everything was explained to me very well, and all my queries were answered within a day or sooner, which was very helpful. I would definitely book this accommodation again if staying in London.
− It didn't have an ensuite, which is my preference, instead there was a communal bathroom with a bath and shower but I realised this before booking and didn't have a problem using the facilities when I was there, bathroom was clean, and shower worked well.

8.0Decent location between Clapham Common & Brixton Clear instructions to enter property Room was compact but very clean with comfy double bed, tv, wifi, wardrobe, portable aircon unit, coffee machine & towels for the shared bathroom
− TV was fine for watching streaming services but no terrestrial TV
