9.0Top Lage, Größe mit den 2 Räumen, Top Ausstattung (Mängel: 2 Kastentüren defekt, fehlender Abflussdeckel im Waschbecken, schlechter Wasserabfluss in der Dusche - wurde gleich repariert, automatische Verriegelung der Eingangstüre)
− Mängel (siehe oben), Wasserhahn in der Küche rinnt stark beim Hebel des Kaltwassers.

10.0The location was perfect! Close to everything in a clean, safe area. The apartment was furnished well and very comfortable.

− The entrance is extremely narrow with a lot of stairs, so getting luggage up was tricky. I assume the hall way is communally managed as it was quite gritty and the carpeted stairs need a good clean. When we walked in we were nervous about what the apartment would be like based on that, but the actual apartment was very clean. Stairwell was not.
Very happy with property, met our needs, and AC was a game changer.
8.0Great location for exploring Central London and attending West End theater. AC in bedroom was critical during recent heatwave. Nice mix of local restaurants and Tesco Express is nearby.
− Steep stairway is a slog with luggage.
