L'appartement manque d'entretien (humidité salle de bain et système de clé électronique défaillant)
6.0Les clés du logement sont électroniques (Appli Klevio), sauf que le système était défectueux, nous avons attendu un technicien, qui n'a pas changé/réparé le système, mais nous a laissé une clé de service pour notre séjour.
− Les photos du logement sont très jolies mais présence d'humidité dans le couloir et dans la salle de bain. Très fortes odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain et porte abimée par l'eau qui ne ferme plus.
Très contents de notre séjour. Adresse retenue pour une prochaine fois à Londres.
8.0Tout était impeccable et fonctionnel.
− Le fait ne n’avoir aucun contact « humain » Tout se passe de manière connectée et c’est un peu dommage - mais c’est sans doute l’époque qui veut cela ? A l’arrivée à l’heure convenue (15H) la clé ne s’activait pas. Heureusement qu’il y avait un homme de maintenance dans l’appart et qu’il a pu contacter le propriétaire à distance. Tout s’est ensuite bien enchaîné.

10.0L’appartamento è spazioso e comodo per sei persone, il trasporto pubblico è molto vicino e facilmente raggiungibile, la zona è molto tranquilla. Per la chiusura della porta con l’app è prima necessario sollevare la maniglia verso l’alto. Lo scrivo perché ho impiegato un po’ a capirlo e potrebbe essere utile per altri futuri ospiti.

7.0The communication and care from the hosts was amazing. The building was on a really nice street, felt really safe and we really enjoyed the balcony, chilling with a glass of wine in the evening once the kids were in bed after a very tiring day.
− The sofa bed was a bit too hard, the shower in the en suite seemed partially blocked making the tray at the bottom fill up and overspill
Good stay but I wouldn’t book again
7.0Quiet and nice apartment and location: not really close to market and subways but still very nice
− Some stuff wasn’t working at the time of the check in (window bathroom didn’t close properly and a lot of lights in the hallway and living room weren’t working). They ask for £100 for a late check out: I wouldn’t ask since everything wasn’t perfect
