10.0شقق فندقيه راقية ونظيفة وموقعها مميز بجانب مول فورم إسطنبول ومساحتها كبيرة ومناسبة جداً للعائلات والأخوة في الريسبشن قمة في الأخلاق والذوق والأمانة (نسيت شنطة لابني كلمتهم مباشرة راسلوني بانهم حصلوها وحطوها في الأمانات عندهم للزيارة القادمة)
− لايوجد الكثير ممكن عدم وجود افطار وهذا ليس اشكالية كبيرة لان المطبخ مجهز بكافة المعدات اللازمة

10.0نظيفة ومرتبة، رائحة المدخل والاستقبال رائعة، الموظفين ذو تعامل راقي، غرفة الانتظار فكرتها ممتازة، قرب المكان للمول المجاور ميزة تنافسية. الخصوصية وعدم انتقال الصوت بين الشقق ميزة أيضا.
− بعدها عن الأماكن السياحية والمطاعم الجيدة. يعني تحتاج نصف ساعة للوصول لهذه الأماكن غالبا.
