A good place to come home to after the chaotic tourist crowds of this extraordinary and unique city
8.0We arrived by rail so its proximity to Venezia San Lucia was a huge plus. The apartment was spacious and spotless with a view of the Grand Canal.
− The building this third floor apartment was in has an elevator but it was not working. From the looks of the out of service sign, it has not worked for quite some time.

6.0The apartment was in a good location with restaurants nearby and an easy walk to the main areas. The view of the canal was good too. The apartment had good facilities.
− We booked last minute and the owner apparently didn't get the notification so we arrived and I sent him a message and he said the apartment wasn't ready and asked if we could go to another apartment for the night, which I declined so then he got a cleaner but we had to wait for 2-3 hours with our luggage. When we did get in, the lift was broken so we had to carry the luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The floors were not clean when we got in there. The bed was also uncomfortable Quite disappointed.
