Pullman Paris Montparnasse Hotel♡

We enjoyed Paris and on the whole the hotel is nice, it’s a shame that they’re not attentive to their guests though!!

Great transport links, good size room, comfy bed! Kettle, coffee machine and iron in room!

− Couldn’t cast from tv to Netflix and notified the hotel staff in the morning on the 2nd day and it was never fixed. They sent a technician in the middle of the night who said someone would fix it, but it was never fixed and nobody chased up our problem. It’s a rather large hotel and staff can be quite flippant and impersonal.

Great base for exploring Paris

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse. Although it's a little further out from the main tourist areas, this wasn't a problem at all. In fact, it gave the area more of a neighbourhood feel, which we really appreciated. The hotel is also well connected, with several Metro lines just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Paris. The room was comfortable and well appointed. My only criticism of the room was the bathroom layout. Having only a curtain separating the bathroom from the hallway, followed by a door into the bedroom, felt like an odd design choice. It would have been better to have either a proper door to the hallway or a more enclosed bathroom for additional privacy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was well organised despite how busy the hotel was, with a good variety of food on offer. The only real downside was the check-in process. The reception desks aren't arranged in a conventional queueing layout, which makes it unclear where guests should wait. As this is a very large and busy hotel, it led to confusion and allowed more assertive guests to jump ahead of others in line. A clearer queuing system would make the arrival experience much smoother. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend the Pullman Montparnasse for its comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, and convenient transport links.

This hotel was completely perfect for our visit to Paris! Wonderful convenient location with great restaurants a short walk away, just across the street from a Metro station. Wonderful staff, incredible breakfast, very comfortable and extremely clean rooms. We loved our stay here in every way!

Invasion of Privacy and no respect from staff

Incredibly dissappointing and invasion of privacy. Room attendants went through our belongings not once but twice during our stay. Talked with management immediately after the first and they did nothing about it only to have it happen again two days later. We had suitcases and belongings moved from one side of the room to the other, clothes removed from suitcases - ridiculous! Housekeeper should have been fired on the spot!
