10.0Amazing stay in Balat! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location to explore the area. The host was very kind, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. Everything was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a 10/10 experience — highly recommended!

10.0The location was perfect—very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. The highlight of our stay was definitely the balcony—we spent most of our time there enjoying the view and relaxing. The host was super friendly and very easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

− We spent the first day cleaning. We were given a room that was different from what we booked. Assurances were given that our assigned space was an upgrade, but according to Booking.com, it is slightly less per night than what we booked.
Very well located building and responsive host.
10.0The location was super close to the Balat touristy area, yet not very noisy due to its location two blocks away from the main street. There are plenty of food stalls nearby. The host was suppppeerr duppeeerrr helpful and on standby. We were accidentally locked out in the terrace, and Sahin was very responsive and did many things to help us out. Also, the fridge was full of food, my favorite was the instant noodles.
