Good choice for the city tour

− Noisy street.
We thoroughly enjoyed Istanbul, it was hard to find an apartment to suit us so all in all reasonably happy .
7.0Great location, great 3 bed apartment, clean , as described & value for money, good communication.
− There was a lack basics , toilet paper. No Washing powder or dish wash liquid no plug for the sink to do dishes, we couldn’t get the dish washer to work, shortage of towels all minor but of slight annoyance. Terrace was great but absolutely no furniture.
Disappointing on many levels .
3.0The beds were comfortable and the living area downstairs lovely with two big lounges to relax on . The host was lovely, but the English was a barrier as he really only spoke Turkish so lots of misunderstandings.
− Location in a dirty poorly lit alleyway full of stray cats - lots and lots of marble stairs to get up it was a nightmare with our suitcases ( and no bathroom on the top level for the two bedrooms so you had to come down the marble staircase at night which was dangerous) - broken toilet seat which was a serious safety issue ( we told him about it, but nothing was done) no dishwashing tablets but broken dishwasher anyway - no extra toilet paper for a four day stay. No extra clean towels. No pegs to hang our laundry out with. No instructions for the washing machine in English . No Netflix. One air-conditioning control unit for three bedrooms. No rubbish bin in the kitchen. Unfortunately this property is over priced for what it offers.
