− The apartment was extremely dusty; dust covered the entire room and the bed. There were numerous stains on the bed linen and towels, and the toilet had not been flushed properly—there was still feces in the bowl. Towels had been placed on the bed, and when I moved one, a clear patch of dust and dirt was visible underneath. The shower water pressure was very weak, and the water wasn't warm enough for a shower. We asked the host to clean up and change the bed linens, but they said it would take 2–3 hours for someone to arrive; since it was already 9 PM, I told them to just bring the linens and we would change them ourselves. After returning from dinner at midnight, we had to change the bedding for all four bedrooms on our own. It was a truly terrible experience.

− Ho comunicato che, in accordo con i colleghi, accettavo il cambio e, anche se ho specificatamente scritto alla referente che ci tenevamo particolarmente all’igiene e alla pulizia, abbiamo trovato l’appartamento in uno stato pietoso. Non avendo nemmeno utilizzato la cucina e visto lo stato in cui abbiamo dovuto soggiornare, ho chiesto un rimborso almeno del 50%. Anche se sollecitato più volte, non ho mai ricevuto riscontro. Posso caricare solo 4 foto, ma ne avrei altre.

10.0Otimo para grupos! Perto de tudo, metro também perto Flexibilidade no check in! Foi mais cedo do que o previsto nas normas, anfitriões muito atenciosos! Anfitriões muito simpáticos e disponíveis! Gostamos muito da cestinha de boas-vindas Ter ar condicionado, foi essencial!! (Julho apanhamos muito calor, mas em casa estava-se muito bem!
− Check out às 10h - Achamos cedo, dado que fomos em grupo e deitamo-nos tarde se fosse às 11h seria o ideial!
