9.0Зручне розташування, 10 хв від вокзалу. Обладнано всім необхідним кухня. Зручно розташуватись 2 сімʼям за рахунок розміщення на різних поверхах і є 2 окремі ванні кімнати. Є чудова тераса на даху
− Немає таблеток для кавомашини і трохи дивно брудні дивани на кухні.

The staff was very kind. It was anyway a good stay, we enjoyed our time together. The owner should spend more attention
7.0The location is great to start your journey. Water bus station is just in walk distance. Many restaurants in the area. The apartment is equipped and decorated very well. The sofas are just inviting to relax.
− The bathrooms are very small. The one in first floor doesn’t even have place to hang towel. No ventilation and the toilet seat is shaky. The iron table in the kitchen is rusted.

New check in conditions from January 2025: Check-in is free from 15:00 to 19:00.
Late check-in, after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euros from 22:30 to 24:00, 60 euros from 24:00 to 1:00. After 1:00 it is possible to check in with an additional cost of another 50€ every 30 minutes up to 2:00 A.M. After 2:00 A.M. it will not be possible to check- in even in the event of setbacks. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
