9.0The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially the young woman who worked the morning shift and the young man who worked the night shift. The hotel is beautiful, and its location is excellent. The breakfast was good, and they always asked what time I would like to have it. The room was cleaned every day, with complimentary bottled water and all the necessary daily amenities provided.
− I only have one comment. When I first checked into the hotel, I noticed a few stains on the bed (they may have been permanent and impossible to remove even after cleaning), and I also found a few hairs on the bed sheets. Other than that, everything was excellent, and I had a very pleasant stay.

10.0Bardzo dobra lokalizacja w zabytkowym centrum, 200 m od tramwaju. Wszystkie główne zabytki w odległości krótkiego spaceru (500 do 800 m). Dodatkowo dwie tanie jadłodajnie w pobliżu, jedna przy samym hotelu, druga troszkę dalej. Hotel świeżo wyremontowany, nowoczesny wystrój, wszystko nowe bez śladów zużycia. Wystrój łazienki super. Pokój sprzątany codziennie, czystość bez zarzutu. Śniadanie serwowane, można powiedzieć kontytnentalne - tureckie, bardzo dobre..
