10.0The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable - always there with a smile and willing to help. Really good value as it’s in a great location within walking distance to major sites and a tram stop. However, probs not for anyone with mobility problems as roads quite hilly and uneven. Wear comfy shoes! Room was clean and tidy with a comfy bed and all the basics. Little roof terrace with a great view. This is not a faceless corporate hotel; it’s a beautiful old building positioned in a fairly run down area with little local shops and people going about their daily lives alongside a scattering of other small hotels. Feels very safe to wander the windy streets and sit and enjoy a Turkish coffee or tea and watch the world go by.
− Honestly, for the money it should not be faulted. But maybe some Turkish coffee in the morning 🤣 .

10.0Locația este excelenta fiind foarte aproape de atracțiile turistice. Personalul este foarte implicat pentru a-ti satisface dorințele. Micul dejun tip bufet suedez plin de bunătăți tradiționale turcești. Vom reveni cu drag. Recomand!

6.0La ubicación muy cómoda, el servicio de taxi al aeropuerto, camas cómodas. El personal muy atento y nos ayudó en todo momento. No duden en pedir el servicio de taxi tanto de ida como vuelta al aeropuerto porque a mí y mis amigas tomamos un taxi en el aeropuerto y nos estafaron, además de nos tocó un taxista muy imprudente que manejaba a más e 180km, fumaba y ponía la música a todo volumen, en cambio al regreso el taxi fue excelente.
− Había polvo y no estaba del todo limpio el baño
