Idyllische Lage am See, gut ausgestattete Küche, Whirlpool.

My Honest Review When we first arrived at the property, the grass was overgrown and unkept. It was bad enough that, on our second day, a man on a bicycle pulling a lawnmower approached us and asked if we’d pay him to cut it. The cleaning crew was still there when we arrived. Although check-in was listed as 3 PM, they didn’t leave until 4 PM. That said, they were extremely kind, and the place was cleaned very well. Unfortunately, the entire house smelled strongly of marijuana when we got there. It was so intense that it took several days to fully air out. There’s a large mural right when you walk in, which is stunning and definitely adds a wow factor—however, that’s where the “wow” ends inside the house. The place isn’t bad, but it’s not fancy either. There are four bedrooms: one large room with three beds and three very small ones. Only two rooms had TVs, one room had no windows, and none had ceiling or box fans—only two floor fans were available for all four rooms to share. Now for the main reason we booked: the "beachfront" access. Calling it beachfront is a stretch. That’s partly on me for not checking the map better, but it’s actually a small lake, and the shoreline was so overgrown you couldn’t even get to the water. It’s a shame because the area has a lot of potential. There was no fishing equipment provided, though you could see fish jumping in the water—so if fishing is your goal, bring your own gear. There was a blow-up kayak, which was a nice idea, but we had to trample down overgrowth just to reach the lake. The sand pit “beach” area was cute in theory but not functional—it was shallow, not good for digging or relaxing, and local cats had turned it into a litter box, which I tried to manage. The listing also mentioned putt-putt, but that wasn’t there. The ping pong table had water damage, so it was hard to use. The hot tub didn’t get very warm, but it served as a fun mini pool for the kids.

Miami vibes are included here

10.0

We loved the villa! It has all Miami vibes. I really enjoyed the time I spend there. You can park 3 or more cars. It is silent. Sunset was great from the backyard. There are many offerings there like jakuzi which is refilled before we come, BBQ, ping pong, billiard, a ball, canoe, cards huge TV, even there was a jenga to play. Host was so helpful. She answered all of our questions right away. Checked us if everything okay.

There are four rooms but they are a little bit small except for main bedroom.
