Posizione raggiungibile in 15 minuti dalla stazione; comoda per prendere i traghetti verso Murano/Burano e vicina a ristoranti cicchetterie.

This place is just as beautiful as the pictures. We loved our stay here, and I chose this location because I like to sleep when it's time to sleep, and Venice is always very noisy. I wanted something convenient, but off the main drag so it would be quieter. I've been to Venice many times, and I can honestly say this was the BEST sleep I've ever had! We didn't spend much time there because we were out and about, but if you wanted to spend time in an apartment, this would be a great place to book. It was spacious and well-laid out, and very beautiful. There's a full kitchen, large refrigerator, etc. There are no views, but that's what makes it quiet, and let's hope you're not going to Venice to see views from your apartment anyway (as I mentioned, the price you pay for views in not sleeping). It took about 8 minutes to walk to the main route around Venice, and probably 15 minutes to the train station or Piazaa Roma. We couldn't find it at first, thanks to Google leading us astray, but we connected via whatsapp w/the host and he found us and led us to the front door, very easy. (I made sure to have the number on Whatsapp before leaving from home.) Also, if you're coming from the airport public water taxi, you can exit on the first stop on the Madonna dell'Orto stop. If you hire a private water taxi (and I recommend this, it's so much better than the public option), you can get off on the S.Alvise stop. You can hire the private water taxi or buy public water taxi tickets at the airport--no need to buy them before arriving. I've done both public and private, and private is much better, so highly recommend if you don't mind the extra cost. We did this because it's much quicker to get to the apartment via water than taking a regular bus or taxi and then walking from Piazza Roma.

− The price was quite high, but to be expected in Venice. It would be ideal for 4-6 people sharing the costs, but we were only 2. Still, I went for it because of the location, and I would recommend it for a larger group.
