10.0Þægilegt svefnherbergi og mjög stórt baðherbergi. Allt til staðar, hárblásari og alls konar vörur. Mjög gott að hafa aðgang að eldhúsi og ýmsum eldunarvörum, krydd, kaffi og fleira var til staðar.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung - aber...
6.0Die Lage der Wohnung ist ganz wunderbar...mittendrin im Kultur-Viertel der Stadt, nah zur U-Bahn, den Bussen und zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt. Auch die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Anders als auf den Fotos, kleiner, kompakter, aber wirklich schön. Das Bad, das zu meinem Zimmer gehörte, war groß, hat Dusche und Badewanne. Das ist komfortabel.
− Was man wissen sollte ist, dass es sich um eine Wohnung handelt, in der die Eigentümerin selbst wohnt und in der sie mehrere Zimmer vermietet. Die Gemeinschaftsflächen wie Küche und Wohnbereich werden Kamera-überwacht, das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Mein Zimmer war klein, das Bett ist nur 1,20m x 1,90m groß. Für zwei Personen also zu klein und auch große Menschen haben es schwer, guten Schlaf zu finden. Ich hatte einen langen Aufenthalt gebucht - leider gab es keinen regelmäßigen Putzservice oder eine Selbst-Putz-Option. Für Kurzzeitaufenthalte kann ich die Wohnung aufgrund der Lage empfehlen, für Langzeitaufenthalte würde ich anders wählen.
