There’s a clear and overall sense of disorder throughout the place. Probably the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had — terrible value for money. The showers had cigarette butts in them, and there were tons of empty shampoo and soap bottles hanging around, along with people’s used shavers. The toilets, showers, and sink areas were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. Garbage bins were overflowing, and people were hanging their clothes wherever they could find space. In the rooms, there were no shoe storage units, so shoes just covered the entire floor — it really didn’t feel like a proper bedroom environment. Lastly, they charged a ridiculous SGD 20 “fee” for a lost key card that probably costs less than 50 cents to replace. It felt like a scammy, unethical way to make extra money.
