7.0Das Konzept der Wohnung ist schön, schöne Ideen und Design . Der Zugang zur U-Bahn ist super.
− Technisch funktionieren viele Sachen nicht; Abdunkelungen kaputt (entweder zusammengerollt mit mit Klebeband zusammengeklebt oder hängen einfach eingesteckt runter); bei einer Wohnung mit viel Glasfläche nicht unwichtig. Die Klimaanlage hat in keinem der Zimmer funktioniert; wir hatte durchgehend über 30 Grad in der Wohnung. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer gibt’s gar keine Klimaanlage. Wir fanden auch, dass die Wohnung nicht gut geputzt war.
This place could be fabulous but there is plenty the owner should do to achieve this.
6.0Property is dramatic and spacious. Very light. A surfeit of technology, some of which is probably redundant (complex lighting on the upper floor we were never able to figure out). Great location
− Fridge and cupboards full of opened (and often past their sell by date) foodstuffs. Only one key provided, made coordination a challenge as there were three of us staying there. Dirty carpets, internal drawers could have been cleaner, basin waste plug in second bathroom does not work, some of the blinds were not operational making sleep difficult as there is a lot of window in the place. Checking in required we complied with the host's opera attendance and was less than convenient.
