8.0El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, bonito, elegante, y tiene todo lo necesario, además de que los encargados son personas educadas. El barrio es muy tranquilo y agradable, aunque está lejos del centro, se encuentra bien comunicado.
− El aire acondicionado para calefacción funciona muy bien, no obstante si las ventanas fueran más modernas (con doble cristal, por ejemplo) no haría falta ponerlo en marcha por la noche, y no haría tanto frío en el baño grande (donde han puesto un calefactor para los clientes). De todas formas se estaba muy bien en general.

− The property was fantastic, only note is that the second bathroom was slightly cramped but that can’t be helped.
Large comfortable apartment
10.0Large, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, quiet thanks to good soundproofing.. Complementary bottled water in the fridge, tea, coffee, milk, toiletries, etc all nice touches. Met the friendly owner on arrival who clearly explained everything and showed us round the apartment. Great location with some nice restaurants down the road near Holland Park station. Building itself is beautiful and it's in a nice area. You could comfortably live in this apartment not just stay there.
