8.0New property and quiet, very friendly and good staff.
− The AC was quite slow and not very powerful at first, but we asked the staff to keep it running while we were away. This helped maintain a comfortable temperature in the room and improved the situation somewhat.

10.0Современный и чистый ремонт, удобное местоположение - до трамвая буквально 2 минуты. Неплохая шумоизоляция ( что важно, так как окна на дорогу).
− Я бы добавил вешалок в шкаф и крючков в душевую, в остальном нет вопросов и претензий
