Amazing view of the TV tower and Berlin skyline. Great location.

− Being the last floor, in the summer it will get really hot during day. The appartment is provided with fans, but airco would be nice.

Quiet and comfy apartment near Mitte and Prenzlauerberg. Well connected to public transport. Ideal for families.

I liked mainly the views, the quiet building and neighborhood. The apartment was well equipped for a family stay. I also valued the proximity to Mitte and other centric neighborhoods.

− I did not like that it got too hot at night and there weren’t fans on ceiling or air conditioning. We had instead fans at floor level. Maybe this could be upgraded.

Ganz tolle Wohnung! Es hat sich einfach Zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist top!!! Man hat alles was man braucht 👍🏻

− Es war bereits sehr warm in die Wohnung, auch wenn draußen kühl war. Wir waren in Berlin in mis June, wann es kühl und regnerisch war. Also es ist schwierig zu vorhersehen wie wird es in richtiger Sommer.

Great location and the apartament is spatious and clean.

− It is not about the property but the management of location that gave me headaches. I asked for early checkin at 1:30, got no response, and at 3:00 when I was supposed to be able to get in, I had no Access code in the Lime platform. I messaged the location via bookin and called the customer support and they kept saying everything seems fine from their part and I should have the code in moments but the code status was still “coming up in a few minutes” or something like that. And here I was tired and angry in front of the building because they kept telling me I should be able to see the code very soon and I told them why don’t you directly give me the code but they said they will solve it and hesitated to directly answer my question. So after approximatively 1h30 of waiting in front of the building, I finally got the code via email. But in the lime app it was still pending so it was clearly an error from their end. I wonder what would have happened if I had arrived late in the night and there was no on to stress about it to send me the codes directly via message/email. Anyway very unpleasant experience, the most unpleasant one with booking so far. I was frustrated and late for the event I was supposed to attend. The funny part was when I told them to at least give me the option of late checkin after this incident and the first answer was smth like “But in our system appears that everything went fine and you got the code”. Hahahah, then I had to reexplain again and again how I did not in fact get the codes and had to give 3 phone calls and 20 messages for them. Anyways they let us stay for one more hour in the apartament as compensation, which was the last they could do. I actually read people had problems with checkin before. It is unacceptable for this to happen again and again, solve the problem already jeez.
