7.0Good quite place near a Cercanias train station.
− You will need to go to another building which is 500 metres away to get checkin key. As it is a student residence note that there is no soap of any kind so do bring one.

7.0Excelente relação qualidade-preço, o quarto tinha tudo o necessário para uma boa estadia. O comboio era perto e havia uma paragem de autocarro a 2 minutos a pé que fazia ligação para o centro de Madrid.
− A casa de banho não estava 100% limpa e as roupas de cama tinham pêlos. Quando perguntei sobre a existência de piscina, a funcionária disse-me que não tinham, mas depois acabei por descobrir que existia e eu podia frequentar, mas era noutro edifício.
Brand new, Clean, but not yet convenient for a long stay

− I had an issue with electricity in my room, that it suddenly went off coz of a mass! This is very dangerous and it happened to me twice. Also, there is an extreme shortage in staff, there is no sufficient staff members for each building, creating lots of inconvenience coz the same receptionist needs to cover multiple different things which can coz inconvenience (e.g. the receptionist needed to do a tour for a family, while no one covered her at the office! ). Location on google maps is misleading which is frustrating, I needed to go to 3 locations in the same area, walking around 30 mins in 30+ degrees because each location informed me I needed to go to another one for checking in! Defined Location on google maps was pinned mistakenly in an old location, then I was advised to go to another building, there they told me that the manager is aware of this mistake and didn’t update it. Then the receptionist directed me to another location for checking in, and then I had to go to my own building which was also some blocks away. What a mess !

− Que el check in no se hace en la misma residencia sino en otra y esto nunca me lo informaron. Tuve que movilizarme a otra residencia solo para hacer check in y luego volver a la residencia que reservé. Todo esto con equipaje pesado, de madrugada y sola. Pésimo servicio de check in
