8.0Very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Host was very responsive to inquiries.
− No window coverings meant too much light early in the morning.. Hot water was just warm enough to have a comfortable shower, not hot enough to make use of the nice sized tub for a soak.

− No blinds on the velux skylights so very hard to sleep. No window with outlook Very poor cleanliness throughout (mould, grime, dust, stained furniture). Basic hygiene not met – used bath mat, dirty bin, foreign matter in sugar jar. Floors unswept and unmopped; common areas uninviting. Facilities like the utility room and kitchen were unkempt. Bedding felt used and low quality. Not welcoming at all 2nd floor so access is awkward. Situated in attic/loft so headroom is limited
