De locatie is erg goed. Tussen het oude centrum en de Bosporus in.

− Het appartement was erg vies. Ook nadat op ons verzoek de schoonmaker extra was langsgekomen was het appartement nog steeds vies. De hotelmanager probeerde oprecht zijn best voor ons te doen maar de basis faciliteiten waren niet goed. Zo was douchecabine stuk, er ontbrak een deur, waardoor de hele badkamer nat werd. Een van de matrassen was totaal versleten met een diepe kuil in het midden. De prijs die we hadden betaald voor het appartement was relatief laag dus hebben we de slechte hygiëne en slechte faciliteiten geaccepteerd.

We stayed at Albatros Suite Hotel Apartment in Istanbul as a family of 8 and had a really great time. We booked two separate apartments, which were suitable and comfortable for our group. The location is excellent, only about 8 to 10 minutes walking distance to the Blue Mosque. The neighborhood is quiet, clean, safe, and full of life. There’s also a supermarket just 10 minutes away on foot. The rooftop area is also beautiful and offers a nice view, definitely worth spending some time up there! What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible service espaically from Ramazan Kavuştur. He was always available via phone, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Whether it was general information, recommendations on where to go, or small problems in the apartment, he took care of everything quickly and with a lot of care and understanding. I’ve honestly never experienced such helpful and reliable service before. His dedication really made a difference and deserves full credit. All in all, it’s a great place to stay, especially considering the price. I would definitely recommend it to others, excellent value for money!

− When we first arrived, there were a few minor issues for example, something wasn’t working properly in the bathroom, one of the windows was damaged, and the place wasn’t as clean as expected. However, once we settled in, the cleaning staff came and made everything spotless, and we were very satisfied after that.

Our stay at Albatros was GREAT!!! Ramo one of the managers made sure that we felt 100% comfortable at all times. We stayed at the suites for 6 nights. As soon as we made the reservation Ramo contacted us by Whats app asking if we needed anything and he answered every question we asked within minutes. When we left the suites at 2am to catch a flight at 6am, he arranged the transportation to the airport and made sure everything was ok with us when we left. The suites are 3 blocks from the blue mosque and all the main attractions are 4 blocks away. Albatros location is really convenient, save you time and money. Also, for light sleepers it is an excellent location, it is not noisy at all. I will stay at the suites for sure the next time I go back to Istanbul.
