8.0First and foremost, Vincent is a great host; he responds quickly and helpfully and resolves any issues that may arise. The apartment is close to subway stations, so you can get to the center of Berlin quickly. You can park for free on the street nearby. The apartment is cosy and well-equipped. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the bathroom is nice, too. Overall, it's good accommodations, especially considering the reasonable price, too.
− Be prepared, however, for the fact that it’s a ground-floor apartment and the windows face the sidewalk, which sees quite a bit of foot traffic. If that bothers you, you can close the blinds and curtains. But then you’ll miss out on some sunlight. The second, smaller room does not have its own window; light enters it only from the adjacent room. Unfortunately, there is currently construction taking place across the street, which is very noisy. Work began as early as 7 a.m...
A clean apartment with very comfortable beds & a good shower.
8.0A ground- floor flat that was shaded with shutters, had comfortable beds, plenty of hot water, a decent shower& a washing machine. communication with the host helpful & it was easy to locate & enter the property.
− Road works on the street started at 6:30-7 am!( ongoing- major pipe replacement) No microwave, only one fan so we had to leave bedroom doors open for all 3 guests to benefit ( it was 27-30*), no hooks or hanging rails, not enough comfortable seating ( just one sofa), one pair of curtains didn’t close well.

9.0Gut gelegen und super ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht.
− Die Baustelle vor der Tür war etwas nervig - die ist aber hoffentlich nicht für ewig da und wenn sie weg ist, sind die Wege noch kürzer.
