Great location, bed, air conditioning and general amenities. The storage room for luggage was also a great plus for us since we had an early arrival. Great staff!

− Shower box could actually have a door but its a minor inconvenience.

The only thing that was acceptable was the receptionist’s attitude, unlike the manager, who made no effort to help repair the issue in our room. Other than that, we were promised that the issue in our room would be fixed. However, when we returned after being out all day and complained that nothing had been repaired, we were told that a technician would arrive in another hour. This is definitely not the standard you would expect from a 4-star hotel.

− When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately found two issues in our room. The air conditioner was not cooling at all, and the pipe underneath the sink was broken, causing a leak that soaked both the towels and the floor. Despite reporting these problems, we did not receive proper service. Instead, we were given empty promises and our time was not respected. We reported both the leaking pipe and the broken air conditioner in the morning and were assured that everything would be fixed while we were out. However, when we returned after spending the entire day outside, we found that neither issue had been resolved. The leak was still there, and the air conditioner was still not working. We went back to the reception desk to complain again, but instead of resolving the situation, we were told that a technician would arrive in another hour. After waiting all day for the problems to be fixed, this was unacceptable, so we decided to leave the hotel. To make matters worse, the receptionist was left in a very uncomfortable position and told us that the manager was unavailable. This is absolutely not the way guests should be treated, especially at a hotel that claims to be a 4-star property.

Eu gostei da localização e da cordialidade dos funcionários.

− O meu quarta era no 1° andar, porém apesar de ter um elevador minúsculo, ainda tinha um lance de escadas para acessa-lo. O cheiro de mofo pelos corredores era tão forte que no segundo dia estávamos com dor de cabeça. O box do banheiro não serve de nada, ao tomar banho molha todo o piso. Os carpetes necessitam urgentemente serem trocados e o mofo retirado pois isso é uma coisa seríssima para a saúde. Definitivamente não é um hotel 4 estrelas.
