We loved how close it was to the metro station and that there were various restaurants and shops within walking distance. We also liked having a kitchenette for use with a small eating area.

− The floors were absolutely disgusting. When we arrived, our baby crawled around on the floor for a few minutes and after picking her up we noticed her hands, feet, and knees were completely black. Also, the shower floor had hair and other debris, it was not clean. Lastly, I called the support number listed with a question about a baby cot and the man on the line was very rude. I understood that it was not possible to get a baby cot last minute; however, I did not appreciate how angry he was.

Localização ótima, a poucos passos da estação do metrô. Com caminhadas de 30-40 minutos é possível fazer a maioria das atrações turísticas da cidade a pé. Várias opções de mercados nas proximidades, e a região parece bem segura. O prédio é bem bonito, e tem elevador para os andares superiores, o que é bem raro em Londres nessa faixa de preço. Limpeza impecável, digna de destaque. É uma kitnet, com cozinha bem equipada e suficiente pra quem queira preparar algumas refeições. Chuveiro muito bom.

− Por ser uma kitnet, é bem pequeno e não acomoda camas extras, porém disponibiliza berço. Então é uma ótima opção para 1 casal com até um filho pequeno. Se for famílias ou grupos maiores que isso, não acomoda. Vale ressaltar que o apartamento não tem limpeza durante a hospedagem.

− Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad und im Wohnraum. Sehr kleines Waschbecken. Kleines Bett. Fensterinnenraum muss dringend geputzt werden. Wenn man es öffnet weht es ganzen Dreck herein.

C'est la troisième fois que nous logeons à cet hôtel. Il est bien situé, les chambres sont propres et la cuisine est pratique. Le personnel est toujours charmant et prêt à aider. Nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain voyage à Londres.

Exceptional location! The common areas were super clean and tidy, and having an elevator plus incredibly strong AC was a total lifesaver for a two-week summer trip. The only downside is the housekeeping policy—getting clean towels and room cleaning only once every three days definitely leaves room for improvement. However, given the price and overall quality right in central London, I would still highly recommend staying here!
