Great place would gladly go there again, but I would make it clear I need access to room by elevator
10.0Breakfast cost too much. Location Fabulous. A/C fabulous (it was 85 degrees outside). Staff enormously helpful in arranging transportation for my family of 7. Staff helped us with our luggage.
− When I booked 5 nights for 7 family members, I specifically asked if there were elevators available and was told yes. My second trip there they put us in basement with no elevator and extremely narrow steps with no handrails on part of the stairs. I walk with a cane and it was very difficult to navigate stairs. Staff gladly carried our luggage up and down stairs.
