Location was good...

− Owner will treat you like pawns he can just move around from unit to unit when one unit has a maintenance problem. His cleaning guy barged in at 6:45 AM on your half-naked wife, without knocking, and will want you to move to another unit (actually happened) in the middle of a stay. At that point we had enough and got out, we actually sought other accommodations for our final two nights in London... When you complain to the owner, he'll say you're overreacting, and refuse to give you any financial consideration. Don't stay here.

Excellent location; very spacious 2 bedroom apartment. I loved the fact we could walk 2 minutes to the Strand, very close to West End shows - we just walked. Close to tube station. Walk to Trafalgar Square. Apartment is large, beds comfortable, handy having large fridge with freezer underneath and washing machine. Owner very accommodating too!

− Nothing. There are things that aren't perfect (freezer needed defrosting, shower hose loose,) but to us they were minor. I'd definitely stay there again.

no, I did'nt get to stay there. They had some problem. I can't remember what it was. Maybe a gas leak. So they cancelled the booking, but only cancelled it on booking.com despite the fact that they would've had access to my email address and telephone number. The first I knew that the booking was cancelled, was when I arrived at the venue and my pin number which had been given to me Via Booking did not work, and I rang the venue. At which point I had to look for accommodation in London at the 11th hour, which as you can imagine was extortionate. Not only that I was simply told that the booking had been cancelled and I've been reimbursed, that reimbursement did not reach my account till a week and a half later which I was told was down to booking.com however in the interim I had to pay for another hotel which I hadn't budgeted for.

− I think the true test of any business or service is how they react when things go wrong. And these guys did not do all they could or even half of it to remedy the situation. When clearly what went wrong was all on their side and no one else's.

appartement très spacieux, non seulement très bien équipé mais en plus meublé avec gout. Le propriétaire très dispo et flexible, et enfin la personne chargée du ménage aussi agréable que professionnelle

Отличное расположение, рядом бары, театры, музеи, магазины и тп. В то же время достаточно тихо. Кухня достаточно большая для таких апартаментов, есть почти все необходимое (пару капсул для кофе и пакетов чая не помешали бы).

− Маленький диван в гостиной, спать на нем не очень удобно. Скорее вариант для двоих. В спальне матрас твердый и промятый, требует замены. В ванне местами треснута плитка, в душе нет ни единой полки для мыла/шампуней и напор воды очень слабый.
