1.0Mir hat an der Unterkunft absolut nichts gefallen.
− Mir hat an der Unterkunft absolut nichts gefallen. Alles war schmutzig, sogar die Wände des Zimmers, an denen sich tote Insekten befanden. Das Badezimmer war stark verschimmelt. Außerdem hatten wir schmutzige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, sodass wir uns im Urlaub alles neu kaufen mussten, um wenigstens saubere Schlaf- und Handtücher zu haben. Das Zimmer roch durchgehend nach Schimmel, und ich hatte Angst, einen Asthmaanfall zu bekommen. Zudem war das Glas der Balkontür beschädigt, sodass wir unsere Sachen im Zimmer nicht einmal sicher verstauen konnten. Zudem fordere ich eine Rückerstattung, da ich durch den Aufenthalt meine Gesundheit riskiert habe. Ich habe Booking vertraut und bin sehr enttäuscht, dass die Unterkunft in einem derart schlechten und gesundheitsgefährdenden Zustand war.

− Cea mai urata experienta! Categoric NU recomand! Mizerie de neimaginat. Am fost nevoita sa cumpar solutie pentru curatarea geamurilor si sa spal geamurile ca nu vedeai afara de mizerie. Am gasit pe hol solutie si burete de am curatat EU chiuveta, wc si cabina de dus ca sa pot dolosi. Personalul inexistent. Am vazut 2 angajati in prima zi apoi niciodata. La plecare am lasat cheia la intrare ca nu aveam cui sa o inmanez... Televizor nefuntional, internet nefunctional, etc. O catastrofa. Gunoiul pe 4 zile de cazare il scoteam singura. Dragi turisti, fugiti de locatia asta!

− Personel ist nicht zu erreichen. Man stößt auf einen abgeschlossenen Eingang der nur mit Code zugänglich ist. Personel kal erst nach einer halben Stunden nachdem wir versucht haben ihn zu erreichen an die Tür um aufzumachen. Hotel ist schwer aufzufinden aufgrund des anderen Namens am Gebäude. Toiletten spülen nicht vernünftig ab.
