1.0I can't believe it! I didn't even stay at the hotel I booked! They tricked me and sent me to a different hotel that was absolutely terrible and cheaper.
− The staff are thieves! They sold off your booking. I was so tired at 2 am in the morning, and they gave my room to another client.
