− Hello there! We arrived in Rome on October 8th in the morning. The hotel was very accommodating in checking us into our room around 11:00 am. We have a very comfortable studio. However, in the last 4 nights, three nights the fire alarm went off! On Thursday, October 9th it went off in the middle of the night! On the 10th it went off around 12:45 am and on the 11th at around 11:00pm. We have been told that a technician will be coming in the following morning. We have been very disturbed for the two nights. We could not sleep after that for those nights. Our stay after that was very pleasant. The property's location was excellent and the studio was cleaned every day. As you know, I like making my reservations through Booking.com. Please see what you can do to compensate me. Regards Rano Singh
