− Truvi verification diye sistem var. Hasar için ekstra ücret istiyorlar. O işlemi yapmadan odanın adresini göndermediler. İlk başta sistem pasaportumun kopyasını kabul etti. Ben yoldayken yeniden pasaportunuzu sisteme yükleyin diye mail atmışlar. Ben adrese yaklaşınca Booking e yazdım, sisteme pasaportumu yeniden yükledim. ancak truvi verification henüz tamamlanmadığı için bir türlü açık adresi göndermediler. 2 saat boyunca çocuğum ve elimde valizlerle beklemek zorunda kaldım.

Everything was great. The area is safe, away from the street noise but really close to Waterloo. The apartment is really well equipped, which is so rare nowadays. We literally felt like home. You have everything you could need in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. And everything is where you would think to look for it. And even if you have any questions there is an entire booklet of information and intructions, very well organised. I sincerly appreciated the attention to details. The hosts are also super friendly and reply quickly. There is an elevator, which is super useful if you're bringing a lot of luggage, like we did. Shops super close by. 100% recommend it 😊

− Communication with the host was Absolutely Appalling! Address given was quite misleading, when all that was needed was to mention that it was Flat 12 in Windmill House, NOT 12 Windmill Walk, and the entrance isn’t even IN Windmill Walk but way around the corner. To instruct us to look for a ‘tall building’ was ridiculous, in a London street where there are a few. The fob required was broken, and our request for a second key was totally ignored so we had no independence. Also the shower over high-walled bath is rather dangerous, a slip-free mat should be provided.

The condition of the apartment and the conduct of its management were completely unacceptable.

Our stay was extremely unpleasant and deeply disappointing

− This accommodation charged us an additional insurance fee after the booking had already been confirmed, which is illegal and something that Booking.com was not aware of. During our stay, there were several issues with the property. The management consistently ignored our messages and only responded when we threatened to request a relocation through Booking.com. Our stay became so unpleasant that the management themselves offered us a 15% refund as compensation. However, after we checked out, they stopped responding to our messages entirely, and we are still waiting to receive the promised refund.
