9.0The apartment is very good equiped, but needs some refubrishments. The location was perfect, near Davutpasa campus and metro station. The supermarkets are nearby. In the complex, you have pool and gym.
− There is need for some refurbishments. The fridge is not so clean.
Avoid this place and host. I’m not the first who was scammed by this host!!
1.0− I booked these apartments for 5 nights and paid. On the day of our arrival, we were not accepted into the apartments because we arrived at a different time than indicated, although the check-in information states that they are flexible due to arrival outside the check-in time. The next day before we arrived at the apartments, the host canceled the order. We were left without accommodation and money. So far, the host is ignoring the request to refund the money, booking is also not responding to the complaint. Avoid this place and host.

7.0The place was nice, it's fit for 1 person, maximum 2 persons no more, a great location a few minutes away from the metro line ,generally the place is nice and comfortable , only need some repairs

10.0Everything was perfect! The staff was especially friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.
THIS SCAMMER STILL OWES ME $80 USD
1.0SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I booked this apartment and prepaid. About a half hour later, I got a message stating that the place was overbooked. I am unable to cancel on my side because the booking is non-refundable. Despite a number of assurances from the owner that it would be, my booking was never canceled by them and no refund has been issued. This should have been an easy fix THREE DAYS AGO, but the owner would clearly rather keep the $80usd I paid and SCAM me. Steer clear from this listing if you don't want to throw money away.

Great experience for staying
10.0We had moments full of flavor in the restaurants and cafes around it. The prices are very affordable. In a safe area and close to everywhere. The staff is friendly, they pay special attention in the welcome. Room cleaning is perfect, everything is organized and WiFi is fast. I would definitely recommend it.
